I decided to include this in my blog after I made the decision to make Candice an autistic sim. All her traits seemed very fitting for it. Being the mom of a 5 year old autistic son I should know 😉
My son’s name is Bryan. He was born July 6, 2005. He was first diagnosed with autism the following month after he turned 2 years old. 2007 was a hard year for our family. We had recently lost one of Bryans best friends, and then found out about this. Since we’ve found out he has autism we have educated ourselves on ways to help him deal with this. He is currently in Kindergarten and doing pretty well for a child faced with the challenges he faces every day. The Groves Legacy 
That is so sweet. My brother’s best friend’s brother has Autism, but it’s insane. He throws gross things at everyone and can’t talk or even eat. He’s eight, but the doctors have to treat him like a 2 year old. It’s so sad.
My son is non-verbal as well, but he isn’t too bad. Has fits and stuff, but nothing I can’t handle 😉
